For perfect transfer onto perpendicular mounted conveyor. The FlexBridge is provided with sensors to monitor the traffic on a main conveyor. The FlexBridge can be supplied as stand-alone unit with own control system or in case mounted behind Foltex machine, it will be integrated with in machine control.

The FlexCentre straigthens and positions each piece/stack to the centre of the conveyor. This way each stack regardless dimensions and stack height is perfectly alligned to enter a packing or wrapping machine.

Sorting and storing different stacks coming from multiple folders.

Smart flow of linen towards folders is key for highest production output. A loading conveyor and dropchute could a simple but efficient way to accomplish this.
